MEZZE APPETIZERS
Mediterranean sauces, marinated cheeses, sun Dried tomatoes olives, capers, and fresh breads

TOMATO AND BASIL GALLETTES
with fresh basil, four Italian cheeses, and a light flaky crust

SPANIKOPITA APPETIZERS
spinach, feta cheese, and herbs baked in petit, flaky pastries

SALMON MOUSSE
with crispy herb bread and lemon aioli

WILD MUSHROOM CROSTINI
Chantrelle mushrooms sauteed in herb butter and served atop crisped french bread.

FOCACCIA
freshly baked Italian flat breads with sun-dried tomatoes or carmelized onions and kalamata olives

PISALADIERRE
caramelized onions, garlic, and herbs on freshly made focaccia.

 

CHICKEN PARMESEAN
baked tender chicken breast with herbs, cheeses and bread crumbs. Topped with delicious marinara sauce.

CHARMOULA CHICKEN
baked with tomatoes and rich spices. Tender and delicious!

BBQ LAMB SHISH-KA-BOB WITH BENGAL CHUTNEY
tender lamb with savory marinade and sweet-spicy chutney. Pair with rice pilaf and vegetable tagine.

MEDITERRANEAN PLATTERS
with assorted meats, spreads, marinated cheeses, roasted eggplant caponata with capers, spiced nuts and olives

GRILLED BEEF TRI-TIP
with black pepper, rosemary, olive oil and garlic. Served with grilled cipolina onions, horseradish and demi-glace. Pair with grilled vegetables and romesco sauce.

FRESH MADE PIZZETTA
fresh tomatoes, olive oil, fresh mozzarella chese and basil atop home made pizza crusts.

 

PASTA PRIMAVERA
seasonal fresh vegetables, basil, parmesan, and a light cream sauce over penne pasta

LEMON AND HERB RISOTTO
creamy and delicious! Pair with salmon and seasonal vegetables.

SPANISH PAELLA

a wonderful dish of Spanish rice with chicken, sausage, and shellfish. Smoked paprika, caramelized onions, and roasted tomatoes gives this dish its complexity.

OVEN BAKED RED POTATOES
With garlic, olive oil, roasted onions and rosemary.


GREEK SALAD
Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, red
onions, feta cheese, and olives with
oregano and herb oil.

HUMMOUS
Classic chickpea spread with sesame, olive oil, lemon, and parsley. Serve with pita breads or focaccia.
